01A large international conference in Bangkok

Every vehicle, live,
for every role

A conference with delegates from around the world needed hundreds of vehicles over several days. The command center had to know where every car was, coordinators had to know how many minutes until their delegation's car arrived, and drivers had to reach the center at once. So we built one system where every role sees the same live data.

How the system works (illustration)

How the system works: the web command center sits in the middle. The driver app sends vehicle positions to the command center, the command center sends chat and broadcasts back to drivers, and live vehicle positions go out to the coordinator app and the staff app.

Features by role

  • Command center (web)

    01
    • Every vehicle on a live map
    • Vehicle list with status, speed and battery
    • Search by placard, driver, unit or destination
    • Vehicle groups
    • Chat with drivers, or broadcast to all of them at once
    • Route history
    • Force sign-out
  • Driver app

    02
    • Sends its location automatically: every 5 seconds while moving, every minute when parked
    • Choose a destination and see the ETA
    • A button for when a VIP asks to stop on the way
    • Chat with the command center
  • Coordinator app

    03
    • Sees their delegation's cars live
    • Knows how many minutes until the car arrives
    • Chats with drivers and the command center
  • Staff app

    04
    • Sees every vehicle like the command center, on a phone
    • Spots at once which cars are online, or offline for more than 5 minutes

The whole system runs on one app server with one database. It was designed lean from the start, so running costs stay low.

02A state energy enterprise

Site a substation and
see the payback in one system

Planning for future electricity demand means answering engineering and financial questions together: where to build, which option to choose, how much to invest and when it pays back. This system brings every step into one place.

Illustration

How planners use it

  1. 01

    Bring in the data

The organisation's load and forecast data.

  2. 02

    Find the site

The system locates the load centre on the map to place a new substation.

  3. 03

    Compare options

A new substation, new lines, adding or upgrading transformers, or batteries.

  4. 04

    Cost it

    Materials and cost.

  5. 05

    See the return

Investment, loan interest, electricity sales and payback period.

The hardest parts were the GIS maps and the calculation engine. We built the whole system.

03A non-bank lender · AI

Any HR or payroll file,
loaded by AI

Client companies send staff and payroll data for credit assessment, and each sends it differently: one file, separate profile and payroll files, monthly files, or pay twice a month. Staff used to map each one into a template by hand.

How the import works

  1. 01

    Upload as-is

Any number of files, no reformatting.

  2. 02

    AI maps the fields

Finds patterns across files and proposes a mapping.

  3. 03

    Staff confirm

Check the mapping on screen before import.

  4. 04

    Automatic import

AI runs the ETL into the database.

  5. 05

    Ready to assess

Clean data for the credit decision.

Manual file wrangling becomes a quick check and confirm, with a person still deciding the step that matters.
